Thank you for choosing Zekes Sauce. Because our products are personal use hair and skincare items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped.

All orders are final

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot restock or resell hair products that have left our facility, even if they are unopened. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages

Zekes Sauce is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been shipped from our facility.

Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control, and any issues must be handled directly with the carrier.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or any circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery speed and timing are determined solely by the shipping carrier.
